Our High Holy Day Machzor (prayerbook), Mishkan HaNefesh, provides us with the opportunities for both, along with an accessible guide through the journey of t'shuvah (repentance) and cheshbon hanefesh (self-reflection), and meaningful ways to bridge the ritual and ethical dimensions of the High Holy Day season. Join Rabbi Frenkel for this three-session Adult Education series as we explore our prayerbook and begin to prepare ourselves for this sacred time of year.
