Gender and JewishTheology Led by Rabbi Ariel Milan-Polisar Two Wednesdays, May 14 & 21, 10:30-11:45 am (Hybrid)
It can be hard for women and non-binary folks to see themselves in any kind of God language when traditional God language is masculine. How has Jewish theology evolved, as Jewish life has evolved, in terms of gender inclusion? In this 2-part series, we will explore the theologians who have helped us to get here, as well as look at some new liturgy coming out of liberal Jewish spaces today that help everyone within the Jewish tent feel seen and validated.
This series is offered at no cost for congregants and $10/session for non-members. Registration (below) is required.
