High Holy Day Request Form

Babysitting, Special Accommodations, and Guest Tickets

In order to make the High Holy Days at Kol Ami accessible to everyone, we are proud to offer Babysitting, Guest Tickets, and Special Accommodations, which include handicap parking, early entry into the Sanctuary, wheelchair seating, hearing assist units, and complimentary guest tickets for caregivers.

Kindly complete your requests (below) by Friday, September 13, so we may have time to approve and prepare your requests.

Complete all applicable information below.

Babysitting
$5 per child, per service. For Member children ages 2-5. Babysitting is available during our 9:00 am and 11:00 am Congregational Services on Rosh Hashanah Day 1 and Yom Kippur. Children will enjoy crafts and playtime with adult childcare providers. Advance registration (due by September 16) is necessary in order to secure the appropriate number of teachers, materials and classrooms.

Guest Tickets
Sharing the High Holy Days with unaffiliated family or friends? With Guest Tickets, they can join you in marking the new year at any of our services. $180 per person.
 

Maximum of four (4) guest tickets per congregant family.
